According to Mr. Ha Quang Long , Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh , making seaplanes exploited as a tourism product on Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay by the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam is a good idea to contribute attract tourists to Quang Ninh province .
" We fully agree with the idea seaplane operators contribute to the development of tourism in Quang Ninh .
